Weekly autonomous paid-ads loop: competitor research → creative generation → Google Ads launch → scale winners. One Monday cron, one Claude Code session, one Slack approval gate.

How it runs

  1. Research — walk backend/config/competitors.yml; render each Google Ads Transparency Center page; Claude (Sonnet 4.6) extracts 3–5 attack angles.
  2. Brief — Claude writes per-angle briefs (hook, scene, CTA, format, aspect).
  3. Generate — Higgsfield skills (image / video / product-photoshoot) produce assets.
  4. Launch — small-fish CLI creates WEEK-YYYY-WW campaigns paused; Slack approval card lands in #growth-ads.
  5. Scale — next Monday: winners 2× budget (cap 5× lifetime), losers killed at $100 if CPA > 2× target.

No public surface

Pipeline runs on schedule via infra/schedule/monday.cron on Ari's machine. There's no live web UI today — outputs land in runs/<day>/ per run.
